Back in the saddle again

We did it! Everyone survived the first day back to school! Even mom! I think I was as nervous as any of the kids, I even dreamed about the first day last night. (Little Miss actually started last week.) They all enjoyed it, though my 2 girlies that switched to a new elementary school this year are feeling the change, so to speak. It is such a huge change from where they were. I'm sure they will catch up in no time. Teeny Bopper loved beginning Jr. High, which makes me so happy. Her first words after school were, "I don't know what I was so nervous about." For Jr. High, that is AWESOME! She will be even happier when she gets a locker, hopefully by next week.
So we are getting back into the groove; I'm getting things done at home, running errands in peace with just one child to haul around, only driving twice a day, thanks to carpools, helping kids with homework, and all that good stuff. All is well!

Your girls are so cute! We're trying to get back in the routine, too, but I don't want my kids to go back to school! They help too much!

Awesome Sally! I'm glad she likes her new jr high..2 out of my 3 that go there LOVE it. The other one not so much but that one can learn to deal! ;)

I've been so excited for them to go back to school. The only thing I hate about the school year is how busy our evenings seem to be and then trying to get a decent bedtime established as well. Oh and homework. But the rest is FANTASTIC!!!!

How fun. You have such beautiful girls. And they all are so sweet too. I've been meaning to call you about getting a pedicure. I saw Rebecka's and her toes look so nice and fancy! :) I'll give you a call this week or talk to you at church.
