Here are some pictures from Dr. Destructo's birthday. We had family over to celebrate with cake and ice cream. He wanted a race car cake, which idea comes from a cake book we have. It looked so easy in the book... Well, it wasn't quite as easy as it looked but I made do and it came out alright. (was supposed to be standing up and be bright red and dark blue. it ended up lying down and was pink and blue. oh well, he loved it anyway! :)
He got some boy dress-up-
a remote control car which lasted most of the night, and no more-
and Woody and Buzz!! He LOVES these!
He also got some shrinky dinks which were super fun and we want to get again.
Blowing out the candles-
He had a great day, thanks to all the fam and friends that we have. Happy birthday, Dr. D! I love you!!

what are shrinky dinks?
Shrinky dinks are those plastic sheets/shapes that you color on and then bake and they shrink up into hard plastic pieces. I remember them from when I was little, and they are still around! They are so cool to watch as they shrink up in the oven.
