New house!!

We are moving!!  Just around the corner, staying in our ward because we LOVE it.  There is a long story attached to this move, but for now I am just posting some "before" pics of the house.  It is a split level, 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom (hallelujah!) house with a huge back yard.   I will post yard pics later.  It is a moderate fixer.  Very disgusting, frankly.  I can't WAIT to fix it up and get it looking awesome!

The downstairs great room.  It's BIG.  Like the paint swatches on the wall?  I'm a little obsessed.

The wet bar is going bye-bye.

Downstairs bath.  It has the laundry in here to the right.

Hello sewing room!!!  Come to mama!

The biggest flipping bedroom in the house is NOT the master.  No.  It's this room downstairs.  We are putting the two little girls in here.  They are in heaven.
Like the "ghost" on the wall?  hehe

This sad little room covered in marker will be Sweet G's.  Don't worry, with a few coats of Kilz and some cute stuff in it, this room will be fit for a princess.

The view looking up from the entry.

The upstairs living room.  You can see the fireplace mantle sticking out on the left.  I forgot to get a pic of the fireplace.

Coming into the kitchen/dining area.

Huge pantry.  The chest freezer will fit in here to the left.

Down the hall upstairs.

Looking into Teeny Bopper's room.

The hall bath:

The boyz room:

Looking into the master.  This makes me kind of sad.  :(  We are leaving our master suite for a bedroom with a teensy bathroom attached.  Nothing master about it!  Oh well.  There are always trade-off's, right?

Little master bedroom.

No tub, but the shower has two showerheads.  That is a plus!

The vanity is in the bedroom next to the bathroom.

A quick shot of the front as we were driving away.

It's got good bones.  Let the games begin!
*well, almost.  we will be able to start the remodel in a couple weeks.  can't wait!!

How exciting! I can't wait to see what you do with it! I'm sure you'll have it "so orderly" in no time! Lol!
